By all means, projects for our clients consist of mechanical, structural, civil, geotechnical, life safety, and other non-structural work. These projects often have very tight scheduling deadlines. Equally, We overcome challenges for approvals and code compliance required by NYC DOB, FDNY, SBS, or other NYC Authorities having jurisdictions.
Professional Engineers, Registered Architects, Masters of Special Inspection (MSI), and Field Engineers certified by the ACI, AWS, ICC, and NICET. Lastly, we provide comprehensive reports in a timely fashion that itemize issues and assign responsibility. Streamlining inspections allows for faster problem resolution/closeout. For example, we can help with obtaining Temporary Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Occupancy, or Certificate of Completion faster.
